We fully stand by our liability for defects, generously exchange legitimately complained devices, and jointly seek better solutions if a product does not lead to the desired goal in individual cases. However, we consistently reject the abuse of supposed rights or our goodwill.

Fairness is not an optional value for us, but a prerequisite. We reserve the right to decline customers where a sustainable and positive business relationship is clearly not possible. We are comprehensively informed about all activities in our shop at all times.
