Shipping conditions
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of order with DHL with order tracking option. If you prefer to receive a DHL Express shipment, significant additional costs will be incurred. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you a link for order tracking regardless of which delivery method you choose.
The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. The loading fees are fixed, while transport costs fluctuate depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with special care.
The shipping boxes are adequate and your goods will be well protected.
Information flow: customer account, order and shipping progress:
You will always be fully informed by us about every phase of your order that you place in our shop.
- This already starts with your registration in our shop and the opening of your customer account.
- As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation at the registered email address, and at the same time, we will send an automatic confirmation SMS to your registered mobile number.
- When the ordered goods are handed over to DHL for shipping, you will also receive a confirmation email and at the same time an info SMS to the registered mobile number.
- If your shipment cannot be delivered because no one was home, you will receive a corresponding info email with an info SMS about the shipment's progress and the current status of your package shipment, so you can pick up your shipment at your post office.
- When the shipment is finally delivered or picked up at the post office, we will send you a delivery notification via email and SMS, which contains further important information about your order and the products.
