Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter).
You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Notes on the return and inspection of the goods
Please note the following additional information, which does not restrict your legal rights, but provides clarity on specific product groups:
1. Usual functional check
You may examine goods as you would in a retail store. Use beyond this may result in a loss of value that you must bear.
2. Special instructions for electronic devices
Many products in our range are technically sensitive and allow recording or transmission functions (e.g., audio/video surveillance technology, trackers, recorders). For these, the following applies:
- A short functional check is allowed.
- Use beyond the functional check, visible signs of use, removed protective films, or software/configuration changes can lead to depreciation .
- Damaged, tampered with, or technically altered devices are excluded from return.
3. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
- Unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons .
- Custom-made or clearly personalized items.
- Unsealed data carriers/software or activated digital content.
4. Return process
We recommend consulting our Technical Support before a return to ensure that it is handled in an orderly manner.
