Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) or entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) via the seller's online shop.
Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order.
(2) By clicking the button „Kaufen“ the customer submits a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email or ships the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
(3) For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs and import fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery and Availability
(1) Delivery is worldwide, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
(2) Delivery times are specified in the order process.
(3) If an item is not available, the customer will be informed immediately. Payments already made will be refunded.
5. Payment terms
(1) The buyer can choose from the payment methods offered in the shop.
(2) In the case of advance payment, shipping will only take place after payment has been received.
(3) In the event of late payment, the seller reserves the right to charge statutory default interest.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is made.
7. Usage instructions and legal responsibility
(1) The seller expressly points out that the use of certain monitoring and recording devices is subject to legal restrictions and may only be carried out within the framework of the applicable laws.
(2) The customer is responsible for the lawful use of the devices themselves.
(3) The seller assumes no liability for unlawful or abusive use of the products by the customer.
8. Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For used items, the warranty period can be reduced to one year, if legally permissible.
(3) The seller assumes no warranty unless expressly stated.
9. Liability
(1) The seller is liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages under the Product Liability Act.
(2) For other damages, the seller is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) Liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The complete withdrawal policy is provided to the customer during the ordering process and communicated in the order confirmation.
11. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist, among other things, for:
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection if the seal has been removed,
goods that have been made to customer specifications.
- The right of withdrawal is excluded for items that have been customized or personalized after delivery, especially if the device has been loaded with personal or security-related and customer-specific data that cannot be completely and permanently removed or if a reset to the delivery state is technically or economically impossible.
12. Data Protection
The seller processes personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

13. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

The seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final Provisions
(1) German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
(2) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) The contract language is German.
