Free callback service for registered customers

For logged in and registered customers, we offer a customer-friendly telephone callback service so we can quickly, personally, and purposefully clarify questions – without waiting loops and without additional costs.

How it works

  1. Log in to the shop (customer account).
  2. In the area „Kostenloser Rückruf“ send a request.
  3. Please briefly state your concern and – if available – order number/item reference.

What the callback is ideal for

  • Product consultation for specific use scenarios
  • Questions about compatibility/application
  • Clarification regarding order, delivery or complaint
  • Support tickets when quick coordination helps

So that we can reliably offer this service to all customers, we ask for your understanding: Use the callback service not for trivial matters or information that is already clearly described in the shop (e.g., product texts, technical data, shipping costs, delivery times, cancellation, terms and conditions/privacy policy).
